AI Solutions Express Corp ("AI Solutions Express", "we", "us") builds and runs AI services for businesses ("our clients"), including AI phone answering, text messaging, website assistants, workflow automation and custom AI tools. By using our website or agreeing to receive text messages through our services, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging program

When you call or text a business that uses our services, that business may send you text messages through us. These messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and follow-ups on messages or callbacks you requested.

How you agree: you agree to receive texts when you ask for one during a call, or when you text the business's number.
Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
For help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Conversations with AI agents

Calls, texts and website chats with businesses that use our services may be handled by an AI agent, and may be recorded and transcribed so the business has a record of the conversation. AI agents can make mistakes. For anything important, such as prices, availability or medical, legal or financial questions, confirm the details directly with the business.
